DECATUR, Ala. — Hands Across Decatur is opening a warming center to ensure no one has to sleep in the cold. The warming center will open at 6 p.m. Monday at 1027 5th Avenue in Decatur and remain open until 8 a.m. Tuesday. The facility will provide a safe place to rest, hot meals and relief from dangerous outdoor conditions.
