WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police are investigating a rent check stolen from a collection box inside USPS. On November 4, officers received a report about a mail theft and check fraud.

Rent is once again due for dozens of Memphis tenants whose money orders were stolen in August. That happened on their property, said a tenant of the Glen Townhomes, owned by Sunshine Corporation.
